Herman and Mary Will Hicks Endowed Scholarship

Preference shall be given to an incoming freshman that has a 3.0 GPA and is a first generation student demonstrating financial need and is pursuing a degree in the College of Education. If there is no student within the College of Education, then any incoming freshman that is first generation with financial need is acceptable.
