Gail McGouirk Bell Endowed Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established by Gail McGouirk Bell. Recipients of the scholarship must meet the following qualifications: first priority will be given to students who are from Wayne County, Tennessee and pursuing a major in primary education. If one or more students do not meet the first priority, second priority will be given to students who are from Wayne County, Tennessee and pursuing a major in education. If one or more students does not meet the first or second priority, third priority will be given to students who are from Wayne County, Tennessee pursuing a master’s in education.
