Inez Holcombe Chandler and Vickie Charleen Parker Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Edwin R. Holcombe in memory of Inez Holcombe Chandler and Vickie Charleen Parker. Recipients of the scholarship must meet the following qualifications: First priority will be given to students who demonstrate need based on calculations from the Office of Financial Aid, and communications between the Office of Admissions and high school guidance counselors who have knowledge of deserving students. If one or more students do not meet the first priority, second priority will be given to students who demonstrate financial need and leadership qualities. If one or more student do not meet the first or second priority, third priority will be given to students who demonstrate financial need.
