Charlotte Y. and Albert E. Williams Memorial Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established to honor the late Charlotte and Albert Williams. Mr. Williams was a manager of Listerhill Employees Credit Union. Ms. Williams served as president/CEO of Listerhill Credit Union from 1994 to 2002. She was very involved in the community and had served on the foundation board of Shoals Community College; member, Florence/Lauderdale Tourism Board; member, President’s Cabinet, University of North Alabama; chair, advisory committee, UNA President’s Cabinet; co-chair, Coby Hall Decorators Show House; Festival of Trees Committee, UNA; member, Shoals Chamber of Commerce; and board member, American Cancer Society. Recipients of the scholarship must be pursuing a degree in the College of Business and have demonstrated financial need.
