J. Earl Romine Scholarship

This endowed scholarship was established to honor former Florence assistant chief of police and Lauderdale County Sheriff, J. Earl Romine by the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5. The endowed scholarship shall be awarded to a child of a law enforcement officer from Colbert, Franklin or Laurderdale counties. If a qualified recipient is not selected, the scholarship will go to the child of any law enforcement officer or to a UNA criminal justice major.
